Fasting blood sugar: 149 (down from 200 two weeks ago)
Now we need an exercise component.
I'll try to use the Total Gym daily in the future. I had good results with it while I was being evaluated. I'll continue doing that with my own model. I will begin with simple mild squats and armed pull downs to start. And we'll see what develops.
